1) From your local/ home computer please set the printer as your default printer.
2) right-click and press edit on you remote desktop window
3) go to local resource tab, make sure printer is ticked and than click 'More...'
4) in the more settings, click all the fields ticked below. and click OK.
5) Now go to the General tab and click save.
6) Go back to your remote / work computer. click the X in the top blue bar to close (do not click shut down)
7) Now reopen your remote desktop
8) And try a test print.
9) If printing still does not work, try printing on your local/ home computer ensure there are no errors there.
