Issue:
Each time a new user is made, when you log in it says cannot load user profile
1. Show hidden folders
2. Go to C:\Users
3. Change default to default.old don't delete you may need it for back up later
4. Create a new folder called default
5. Create new folders and name them, appdata, documents etc, everything that is in the default.old folder.
6. Copy the NTUSER.DAT file from the admin account, or another working account if you can't
