1. Open ConnectWise
2. Remote into the domain controller server,   Hint: it’ll have DC in the title
3. Log in with admin credentials from 1password
4. Click start
5. Open Administrative tools
6. Open Active Directory users and computers
7. Click Search
8. Search for the username
9. click find now
10. right-click the name and click reset password
11. type the new password twice
