- Open ConnectWise
- Remote into the domain controller server, Hint: it’ll have DC in the title
- Log in with admin credentials from 1password
- Click start
- Open Administrative tools
- Open Active Directory users and computers
- Click Search
- Search for the username
- click find now
- right-click the name and click reset password
- type the new password twice
